Extended Thanksgiving Break; Virtual Learning Nov 30-Dec 4

  • School Leader

We are thankful that up to this point we have seen little virus transmission between students within the school building. However, in the last week to ten days we have seen an increase of positive COVID cases in the broader community and within the SCLA family. As a result, we will not hold in-person or online classes Monday or Tuesday, November 23-24 and temporarily go to virtual learning from November 30 through December 4. We plan to return to in-person instruction on Monday, December 7.

We will send out instructions for Virtual Learning Days on Tuesday, November 24. These will be different from last spring.

Students may pick up books from their lockers during the morning on Monday and Tuesday, November 23-24. After that, an appointment will be needed to enter the building. The office will be open during this time.

During online days, we ask that students continue to do wellness checks.
