These Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFRT) cuffs will be used in our Body Shop exercise class and team training to help students safely build strength and muscle using lighter weights. By partially restricting blood flow to create a low-oxygen (hypoxic) environment, BFRT mimics the effects of intense training while reducing joint stress—making it ideal for rehabilitation, recovery, and in-season conditioning.
