How much does a booth cost at the Festival of Seasons?

A standard 10'x8' booth is $100 and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

How many shoppers attend the Festival of Seasons?

On average, we see over 1300 shoppers come to the Festival of Seasons.

What does a Festival of Seasons booth come with?

The booth comes with two chairs and a 30"x30"x96" uncovered table. Vendors also receive free assistance loading and unloading by our friendly student volunteers, a light breakfast of coffee and a donut, and a half-price meal-deal coupon.

Can I arrange my Festival of Seasons booth how I want?

Yes. As long as you stay within the boundaries of your 10'x8' space and are respectful of your neighbors, you can set it up as needed.

Can I reserve more than one booth at the Festival of Seasons?

Yes, if there are spaces available, additional booths can be reserved for $55/ea.

Can I get extra tables?

Tables are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We cannot guarantee that extra tables will be available. Extra tables cost $10/each.

Can I get extra chairs?

Yes, ask one of our friendly volunteers for assistance.

What if I need electricity?

Electrical spaces are limited and cannot be guaranteed. Inquire about availability or register early if you need power.

Do you have WiFi?

Yes. Vendors who use Venmo or other pay apps can use the guest WiFi available throughout the building.

Where do I go to check-in for the Festival of Seasons?

Prior to the show,  you will receive an email from our friendly vendor coordinator with instructions. Vendors who set-up in the commons area will enter through the front door for check-in, and vendors in the gym can unload at the north gym doors and then find a parking space on the north side of the lot).

What time can I set up my Festival of Seasons booth?

Vendors may arrive no earlier than 6:00 a.m. and are asked to arrive before 8:00 a.m. as the north gym gate and front doors will lock again until 9:00 a.m. when the show opens to the public. Late-comers will still be admitted through the front door.

Where do I park?

After you unload, please park in the main lot on the north side (adjacent to the baseball field). Please leave as much room for shoppers as possible.

Should I participate in the raffle?

Raffle participation is voluntary and a great way to draw attention to your products and booth. In addition, raffle ticket sales boost funds for SCLA student activities and keep shoppers in the building longer.

Rules and Regulations

VENDORS: Please read through the following rules and regulations carefully. We ask that they be followed at all times. 

1. Set-up time on Saturday morning is between 6:00 and 9:00 a.m. Upon arrival on Saturday, (no earlier than 6:00 a.m. and no later than 8:00 a.m. as the gate to the north gym doors and the front doors will lock), vendors check in at the front of school or in the gym unloading area off the north side of the building. Please pick up your registration folder. Take-down time on Saturday afternoon is between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. SCLA students will be available to help you move your items in and out of the building. Crafters must not dismantle or begin to dismantle their booths, pack up their craft items, or leave before the boutique closes at 3:00 p.m.  At the close of the show, someone will collect your folder and its contents.
2. Crafters are not allowed to bring food or beverages into the fair, with the exception of water. Your booth charge includes one lunch, consisting of a sandwich, side, cookie, and bottled water. Each additional lunch is $5.Additional food items can be purchased at the concessions stand or bake sale for an additional cost.
3. The Festival of Seasons Committee has the right to reject any application and enforce rules.
4. St. Croix Lutheran Academy students will also hold a bake sale during the craft sale; therefore, we prefer you do not sell homemade food items.
5. Added 11/10/2024: The use of the St. Croix Lutheran Academy (SCLA) and Crusader name, brand, and logos is strictly prohibited on any printed or saleable item. Vendors selling items with SCLA branded items will be asked to remove them from the sale.
6. Tables and booth: The $100 registration fee includes one approximately 10’ by 8’ booth with two chairs and one 30"x30"x96" table. All tables must be covered to the floor. There is a limited supply of additional tables.
7. All arts and crafts must be hand-made. No imports or resale items, unless you are one of 10 approved reseller booths (one per company only).
8. No smoking. School policy prohibits smoking in the building and on school grounds.
9. Added 01/01/2025: No parking in the back parking lot. Any vehicles parked in the back lot are subject to towing at the owner's expense. All vendors are asked to park away from the building to allow open spots for shoppers.
10. Registration fees are not refundable if registration form is accepted.
11. It is understood that the Crusader Volunteers, St. Croix Lutheran Academy and all of its employees, the Festival of Seasons Committee, and all those connected with the boutique shall be held harmless and relieved of any responsibility with the Crafters, damages, liabilities, or losses.
12. St. Croix Lutheran Academy is a Christian educational facility. We reserve the right to restrict the display and sale of items displaying symbolism contrary to Christian tradition.
13. The raffle drawing for donated prizes will begin around 10:30 a.m. with winners drawn every half hour. Vendors should drop off raffle items at the raffle tables before the boutique opens or may be delivered to the school office in advance of the event.
