Rules and Regulations
VENDORS: Please read through the following rules and regulations carefully. We ask that they be followed at all times.
1) Set-up time on Saturday morning is between 6:00-9:00 a.m. Take-down time on Saturday afternoon is between 3:00-5:00 p.m. SCLA students will be available to help you move your items in and out of the building. Vendors must not dismantle or begin to dismantle their booths, pack up their craft items or leave before the boutique closes at 3:00 p.m.
2) Vendors are not allowed to bring food or beverages into the fair, with the exception of water. Each booth charge includes one lunch, consisting of a sandwich, piece of fruit, cookie, and bottled water. Each additional lunch is $5.00. Additional food items can be purchased at the concessions stand or bake sale for an additional cost.
3) Crusader Volunteers have the right to reject any application and enforce rules as needed.
4) St. Croix Lutheran Academy students will also hold a bake sale during the boutique, therefore we prefer you do not sell homemade food items.
5) Tables and booth: Each booth is approximately 10’ by 8’ with two chairs and 1 table. All tables must be covered to the floor. There is a limited supply of additional tables.
6) All arts and crafts must be hand-made. No imports or resale items. We do allow ten reseller booths to the show as approved – one per company only.
7) No smoking. School policy prohibits smoking in the building or on school grounds.
8) Registration fees of $100 are not refundable if registration form is accepted.
9) It is understood that the Crusader Volunteers, St. Croix Lutheran Academy and all of its employees, the Craft Boutique Committee and all those connected with the Boutique shall beheld harmless and relieved of any responsibility with the Vendors, damages, liabilities or losses.
10) St. Croix Lutheran Academy is a Christian Educational facility. We reserve the right to restrict the display and sale of items displaying symbolism contrary to Christian tradition. Contact Jessica for more information email festivalofseasons@gmail.com.
