The Minnesota State High School League voted today on the status of fall activities. The plan that has been put in place is as follows:

Girls tennis, cross country, boys and girls soccer will begin August 17 as planned. The seasons will be shortened and modified to help lower the risk of exposure to each student participating.

The league voted to move volleyball and football to a spring season. This will potentially move the spring season sports into the summer. The dates for each of these sports and seasons will be determined as the year goes on. There might be a possibility of volleyball and football being allowed to practice and have contact in the fall. I will keep you up to date as much as possible.

Bowling is in a separate state bowling league. A decision from the league is expected this week, and we will keep you updated.

A decision on middle school volleyball and football will be announced soon.
