Begin your SCLA journey by scheduling a tour or shadowing a student. Fill out the online application and financial aid application to get a head start on enrollment! When you make the decision to enroll your student, we make the process simple.

Step One - Visit

Schedule a Tour

We look forward to meeting you and your student! Every school has a feel of its own. Visiting campus and scheduling a student shadow is the best way to know if SCLA is a fit for your family. Click on "Schedule a Tour" above and let us know when it is convenient for you. We will follow-up to confirm the date and time.

Personalized Tour

View campus with your family and get your questions answered by the SCLA admissions team. We recommend a weekday during school hours, between 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Out of state? Schedule a visit and note that you would like a video visit.

Student Shadow

Your student can experience an SCLA school day when they shadow a current student. Call the SCLA admissions team to schedule a full-day or half-day shadow (651) 455-1521 or click on "Schedule a Tour" above, and we will follow-up.

Step Two - Apply

Complete the Online Application

Applications are being accepted for 2025-2026.

The first step to becoming an SCLA Crusader is completing the PowerSchool application. Submissions are preferred in early spring but accepted throughout the summer. Openings are available in both the middle school and high school unless otherwise noted.

Once accepted, your PowerSchool account will be used to complete the online enrollment forms. Prior to submitting, you may save your progress and return at a later time.

Required Documents

Recommendation Form
Recent report card or transcript
Two (2) recommendations from a pastor, teacher, or counselor. A formal letter is not required.

Financial Aid Application

All assistance is need-based as determined by a third party. If applying for financial aid, this may be done in tandem with the online admissions application. Contact admissions with questions.

Blackbaud Financial Aid Application Instructions

Scholarships Application

Once you have completed the Blackbaud Financial Aid Application and received confirmation, you may submit scholarship applications. Individual scholarship applications are due February 15.
