Join us for SCLA Summer Workouts, where expert coaches guide students in grades 6-12 through a dynamic strength and conditioning program designed to boost athletic performance, prevent injuries, and build overall fitness. Whether you're gearing up for the next sports season or looking to stay in peak shape, this program will challenge and inspire you!
📅 Dates: June 2 - July 31, 2025
📍 Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
⏰ Time: 6:30 – 8:30 a.m.
🚨 No workouts June 30 – July 4
Cost & Registration:
💲 Cost: $95 per student (includes PTL4M access, coach stipends, and equipment updates). See information about optional PE class credit for an additional cost below.

Earn ½ PE Credit
Stay in shape and earn ½ Physical Education (PE) credit this summer. Incoming 10th-12th graders have the opportunity to fulfill part of their PE requirement by participating in SCLA’s Summer Workouts.
How It Works:
🏋️ Commit to Training – Attend the Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday workouts from 6:30–8:30 a.m.
📆 Stay on Track – You may only miss up to three workouts to remain eligible for credit.
⚠️ More Than Three Absences? Unfortunately, any additional absences will result in no credit being awarded.
Cost & Registration:
💲 Fee: $195 per student (includes all program benefits plus credit eligibility)

Refund Policy:
$20 late registration fee. 75% refund with two weeks’ cancellation notice. 50% refund for less than two weeks’ notice. No refund after program has started.
